A wrote a review sometime back, but they never published it
Coming to review, the app needs alot of work. The developers should have fixed the numerous issues before publishing it, audio kept getting out of syn for lionsgate content, for zee+ content it forwards to their official app/page, which is sometimes not very convenient, the tv version of the app basically didn’t work for me for first 15 days, it kept crashing, but later on it somehow worked but my first experience wasn’t good, and also the zee+ content didn’t play on tv.
The only thing I watched was Scam 1992, and it was fine. Aur kuch dekhne ka kabhi man he nhi kiya is app pr.
In a nutshell, I would say glitchy app hone ki wajah se maza ni ata tha use krne mai, wesa bhi wo first impression kharab hone ki wajah se, I was dead sure that I don’t want to continue its subscription.

Fraud company
I have emailed OTT Play on 18th March 2024 to cancel my subscription which was going to expire in 3 days on 21st March as I was unable to do it because I was not getting the cancel membership option. I also referred to the FAQs for help which didnt help. They revert back with steps to follow to cancel it, which didnt work. Later on 20th March they charged me for new subscription and now they are not giving me a refund. I have emailed them and talked with customer care multiple times but they told me that they didnt have a refund policy. And now they have simply stopped responding. Certainly a most disgusting company and a service. I wonder if a person wants to discontinue the service and told them about it before the expiry of the plan, how can they charge and deny refund? Literally scamming people to earn money and pathetic customer services. Also FAQs doesnt provide you correct steps on how to cancel auto renewal, it can be cancelled from payment service provider app, from which you have made the payment. This company wont even accept their mistake on misguiding people due to which we are not able to cancel auto renewal. Beware guys! The FAQ will state that you can cancel the membership two days before the expiry but still I wasn’t getting the option to cancel it and shared the screenshot as well. BEWARE!!!!!
